2. Enquiries, quotations and project details

3. Artwork, colours and approvals
Artwork supplied by a client remains the client’s responsibility, including spelling, colours, layout and legal rights to use logos or images. Where Central Signs prepares artwork or redraws a logo, the draft is supplied for approval before production begins.
Clients are expected to check all names, numbers, addresses and wording carefully before approval. Once approved, changes may still be possible but they can affect cost, timing and material use. We try to keep production practical and on schedule, but a late change can delay installation by a day or more.
4. Installation, access and site conditions
Installation work may require access to roofs, walls, floors, doors, parking areas or vehicle bays. The client must ensure safe access to the site, suitable power where needed and any permissions required by landlords, body corporates or municipal authorities. In Bloemfontein and surrounding towns, some sites need approval for external signs, size limits or mounting methods.
- Existing surfaces must be sound, clean and suitable for fixing or application.
- Weather, load-shedding, wind and dust can affect timing on site.
